One of three shops designed by Wright for the Fine Arts Building in Chicago, it was completed in 1908 and demolished in 1912. The same window design was used in the playroom of Wright’s home. No windows exist from the bookstore. The windows in Wright’s home have flat zinc came of two different widths. The large off-white squares of glass are similar to Kokomo #11ML and the small green squares are close to Kokomo #166.
